The Warren County Clerk’s office serves the people of Warren County with three main services: Elections, Motor Vehicles, and Public Land Records.
As a trusted resource for residents, businesses, and visitors, the Clerk’s Office is committed to providing accurate, efficient, and accessible services that support everyday life and civic engagement. In addition to these primary responsibilities, the office also issues marriage licenses, handles delinquent property taxes, and assists individuals seeking to become commissioned notaries.

Driver's Licenses
Driver’s licenses are issued by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet. More information can be found on the Kentucky Department of Transportation’s website here.
Traffic Citations
Traffic citations are handled by the Warren County Circuit Clerk‘s office, located at 1001 Center St. Suite 102, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
Property Taxes & Valuation
Property taxes and valuation are handled by the Warren County PVA. The PVA is located at 429 E. 10th Ave, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
Building Permits
Building permits for Warren County are handled by the Division for Building Services, located at 1141 State Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
Divorce, Adoption and Name Changes
These family matters are handled by the Warren County Circuit Clerk‘s office, located at 1001 Center St. Suite 102, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
